Good steering is half the battle
The integrated Trek Aero RSL Road handlebar-stem unit is based on the Trek Race Fit and features a shorter reach and a top bar that is 3 cm narrower than the lower bar. This ensures a more comfortable ergonomic riding position, which significantly reduces the body's air resistance for an additional improvement in aerodynamics. The 6-degree Flare e provides plenty of freedom of movement at the wrist and increases control, so you don't have to sacrifice power or comfort even in explosive sprints. In addition, riders benefit from the weight-saving and aerodynamic advantage of the one-piece handlebar-stem unit.
Features of the Trek Aero RSL Road Integrated Handlebar
- OCLV Carbon -Construction is ultra-light, flexible, and durable.
- The ergonomic 7-degree backsweep reduces body drag and provides additional aerodynamic speed and comfort.
- The upper handlebar is 3 cm narrower than the lower handlebar.
- A 6-degree Flare e increases freedom of movement at the wrist for powerful sprints.
- Compatible with electronic shifting only.
- Compatible with Madone Gen 8, Checkmate SLR, and Checkpoint SL Gen 3 (requires additional parts).
