The BLUECHAIN Chain Rivet Extractor (Handlebar Insert) is a miniature CNC-machined aluminium gem. With its ergonomic design, it's easy to operate even while wearing gloves. You need a 4 mm Allen key to use the Chain Rivet Extractor!

The Chain Rivet Extractor fits in almost all conventional MTB, road bike and gravel bike handlebars with an internal diameter of 18-19.5 mm. Ensure that your handlebar is long enough to accommodate the BLUECHAIN Chain Rivet Extractor (Handlebar Insert) fully (70 mm in length).

• Before using the tool, ensure that the chain is correctly positioned and the chain rivet pin is securely seated in the chain rivet extractor.

• Before breaking the chain, check whether the chain has a master link. If so, open the master link using a suitable tool instead.

• Please note that the repair kit is only suitable for handlebars with an internal handlebar diameter from 18 mm to 19.5 mm. If necessary, please measure in advance.
