Cinelli's WAVE handlebar tape represents an evolution of the historic approach to EVA-based handlebar tapes, as well as a return to local, Italian manufacturing. The basis of WAVE is the brand's signature EVA tape, to which a new proprietary brushing technique has been applied. This technique allows Cinelli to improve the grip and feel of the tape without compromising the durability of the product.
